Instructions: Please specify the name, date, letters, and/or numbers as you would like them to appear on your tag. All letters are uppercase. All dates are stamped with dots, for example: 12.25.10

Please choose your tag size and chain size. Our tags are available in three sizes (view photo): 1/2 inch (maximum of 7 letters), 9/16 inch (8 to 9 letters), 5/8 inch (10 to 11 letters). Unless otherwise noted we will use the 1/2" tag.  All tags are 20 gauges in thickness which is slightly thinner than a penny.
