Do you stamp on the back of the tags?
We do not stamp on the back of the tags because a slight indent is made on the front when tags are stamped on the back. If you would like a birthday date or anniversary date, we can do so on a separate tag.
Do you sell chains only?
Yes, you may purchase a chain only under Charms, Spacers and Extras page. We have 4 sizes, 14” (child), 16” (most popular), 18” and 20”.
Is your jewelry made of sterling silver?
All our pieces are made of sterling silver.
Do you have a size comparison?
Yes, this picture shows the different sizes of tags. When do you recommend spacers?
We recommend spacers with 4 or more tags. Spacers can be removed and taken off necklace.

Tiny Tag Designs does not share, sell or trade any customer information with any 3rd party. Sales Tax
California residents will be charged 9.75% Alameda County sales tax. Customers outside of California will not be charged sales tax.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Every effort is made to ship standard orders (ground shipping) within 12 business days. Orders with 2/3 day shipping are given priority and ship within 2 business days. Orders with overnight shipping typically ship within 2 business days. Lastly, orders with rush fee ($20) and overnight shipping are made and shipped within 24 hours (excluding holidays and Sundays).
How is my order packaged?
Each order is shipped in an organza gift bag with a polishing pad included in the bag. Gift cards are available at no extra charge just select gift message when ordering.
What fonts and sizes are available?
We offer block font in upper case as seen in all photos. This size is 1/16inch. We do offer a larger block font 1/8inch and curly font 1/4inch for initial necklaces. You may select up till 3 initials with the larger block font, however, only one initial will fit with the curly font.
What if my name(s) don't fit on the charm I want?
The ½ inch tag is the most popular and can fit 7 or 8 letters. The 9/16 inch size tag can fit up to 10 letters and 5/8 inch tag can fit up to 12 letters. Please email us if your name has more than 12 letters.
Do you have a Refund Policy?
All orders are custom made by hand and all sales should be considered final. Each letter is hand stamped and may not be perfectly straight or spaced. This is part of the design of our jewelry and any irregularities are normal and only add to the hand made look. Our goal is for our customers to love their design and therefore if something is not satisfactory please email us and let us know. We will do our best to remedy the situation. Sterling silver jewelry naturally tarnishes when exposed to air and other elements. There are other factors that can cause tarnish as well: some skin types, lotions, exposure to other tarnished jewelry, improper storage, etc. How your jewelry is stored can make a difference in how quickly your jewelry tarnishes. When not being worn, the jewelry should be stored in a closed jewelry box or better yet, a plastic bag. It should not be touching other jewelry, especially if the other jewelry is tarnished, and should never be left out on a dresser or table.
The best solution for tarnish is prevention. Every Tiny Tag Design order comes with a polishing pad to keep your jewelry shiny and tarnish-free. To prevent tarnish build-up, you should periodically polish your charm with this included polishing pad. The pad can also be used to remove any tarnish that has already started to occur on your charms. The blackened letters will not be affected by rubbing with the polishing pad.
